Sure Fitness UK's Bronze Package is ideal for beginners who are new to personal coaching and would like to enter a less strenuous level of exercising.
Each training session is 45-60 minutes and includes a full warm-up and warm-down.

Sure Fitness UK's Silver Package is ideal for those who are more serious about the levels of fitness they desire and want to achieve them with a harder work rate. A personal package will be agreed that will enhance your fitness on all levels with dietary recommendations that suit the level you will be training for.
Each training session is 45-60 minutes and includes a full warm-up and warm-down.

Sure Fitness UK's Gold Package created for the Ultimate Fitness Experience. With a special regime created to suite your individual requirements and levels of achievements that you desire. A full dietary plan will be also allocated to enhance your chances to reach your goals more successfully.
